2) Data collection when visiting our website

2.1 When you use the website for information purposes only, we collect the data your browser sends to the website server (server log files), including the page visited, date and time of access, amount of data transferred, referrer, browser, operating system and IP address (where applicable in anonymised form). Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR and our legitimate interest in the stability and functionality of the website.

3) Hosting & Content Delivery Network

For hosting and delivery of the website, we use a provider that processes data on servers within the European Union, either itself or through selected subcontractors. We have concluded a data processing agreement with the provider.

5.1 Under applicable data protection law, you have rights including access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), notification (Art. 19), data portability (Art. 20), withdrawal of consent (Art. 7(3)) and the right to lodge a complaint (Art. 77).

5.2 Right to object

Where we process personal data on the basis of our overriding legitimate interests, you have the right to object to such processing at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation, with effect for the future. Where personal data is processed for direct marketing purposes, you may object at any time.

6) Storage duration

The storage period for personal data depends on the applicable legal basis, the purpose of processing and, where relevant, statutory retention periods. Data processed on the basis of consent is stored until consent is withdrawn; data processed for contractual purposes is deleted after applicable retention periods unless still required; and data processed on the basis of legitimate interests is stored until a valid objection is exercised unless overriding legitimate grounds justify continued processing.
